This blog was created to log my workouts and to keep me accountable to my exercising schedule.
I decided to start working out 2 years ago while I was watching the TV show Survivor. While watching I commented on the poor physical performance of some of the competitors and how that if I were to go on Survivor, I would be in the best shape of my life. After saying this, I realized that I could be in the best shape of my life without needing an outside source of motivation.
