Today was the first day since the beginning of summer that I performed my favorite lift, the deadlift. The highest I have ever deadlifted was 4 sets of 335 x 5. I was pleasantly surprised to accomplish 300 x 5 on my last set. I could have lifted more but didn't want to hinder my progress since it has been so long since I have last lifted.
I was tired and hungry so my workout was pretty short...However, look for very intensive workouts to begin as my body gets back into the swing of things. Do I hear a 400 lb deadlift set before Christmas?? :-P
Deadlifts 135 x 8, 225 x 5, 295 x 5, 300 x 5
Barbell Rows 95 x 7, 95 x 8, 95 x 8, 95 x 8
